H-2B recruitment for U.S. employers
We recruit, screen and prepare H-2B seasonal workers for landscaping, housekeeping and food processing employers, and we coordinate every step with licensed immigration counsel. You pay a per-worker fee. Your workers pay nothing.

Workers never pay us, or anyone recruiting for us. Federal H-2B rules bar recruitment fees charged to workers, and our agreements extend that ban to every partner recruiter. It protects the workers, and it protects your certification.
How it works
This fall
We learn your season, your positions and how you've staffed in the past, and how we can help.
By December
We put worker counts, dates, fees and the no-worker-fee terms in writing. DOL receives a copy with your application.
January 1–3
Counsel files your H-2B application with DOL as the filing window opens, then the I-129 petition with USCIS.
January–March
We source and screen candidates, check documents and prepare each worker for the consular interview.
March
We track every visa and coordinate travel so workers arrive on your start date.
April onward
Onboarding, a contact for questions during the season, and a head start on next year's rehire.
Where we focus
We're starting with employers whose peak runs April through September and who rely on H-2B workers year after year.
SOC 37-3011
Commercial and residential landscape contractors, golf courses, nurseries.
SOC 37-2012
Hotels, resorts and vacation properties with a summer peak.
SOC 51-3022
Seafood, meat and poultry processors on seasonal production runs.
What a partnership looks like
We're a recruitment and coordination agency, not a law firm. Labor certification and petitions are prepared and filed by licensed immigration attorneys.
Our platform
We're building the tools that keep a seasonal program on schedule. Here's what partners get.
Each candidate moves through the same steps, from screening to interview, visa, travel and arrival, so you always know where your crew stands.
We follow your H-2B filings in the Department of Labor's public records, so case numbers, dates and wages stay in sync with what DOL certified.
Workers get their own account showing the next step in their process, which means fewer missed documents and fewer surprises on start day.
Your openings appear on our recruitment site only after your agreement is signed and the job details are verified and approved by our legal review.
Become a partner employer
Tell us about your positions and we'll call you within two business days. Agreements signed by mid-December leave the most room before the January 1 filing window.
