H-2B recruitment for U.S. employers

Seasonal crews for your April 2027 start, recruited the right way.

We recruit, screen and prepare H-2B seasonal workers for landscaping, housekeeping and food processing employers, and we coordinate every step with licensed immigration counsel. You pay a per-worker fee. Your workers pay nothing.

Workers never pay us, or anyone recruiting for us. Federal H-2B rules bar recruitment fees charged to workers, and our agreements extend that ban to every partner recruiter. It protects the workers, and it protects your certification.

How it works

From first call to crew on site

  1. This fall

    Intro call

We learn your season, your positions and how you've staffed in the past, and how we can help.

  2. By December

    Recruitment agreement

We put worker counts, dates, fees and the no-worker-fee terms in writing. DOL receives a copy with your application.

  3. January 1–3

    Labor certification

Counsel files your H-2B application with DOL as the filing window opens, then the I-129 petition with USCIS.

  4. January–March

    Recruiting and screening

We source and screen candidates, check documents and prepare each worker for the consular interview.

  5. March

    Visas and travel

We track every visa and coordinate travel so workers arrive on your start date.

  6. April onward

    Arrival and season support

Onboarding, a contact for questions during the season, and a head start on next year's rehire.

Where we focus

Three industries, built around the seasons that need crews most

We're starting with employers whose peak runs April through September and who rely on H-2B workers year after year.

What a partnership looks like

We do the recruiting. You keep running your business.

What we handle

  • Recruiting and screening candidates against your job requirements, including returning workers
  • Interview preparation, document collection and consular appointment support
  • Coordinating with your immigration attorney, or with licensed counsel we work with if you don't have one
  • Travel coordination, arrival and onboarding support
  • One point of contact and status updates for every worker, from filing to arrival
  • Rehiring the same crew next season

We're a recruitment and coordination agency, not a law firm. Labor certification and petitions are prepared and filed by licensed immigration attorneys.

What we need from you

  • Your positions, worker count, worksite and dates of need
  • Wage and housing or transportation details for the job order
  • A signed recruitment agreement with our no-worker-fee terms
  • Your company's FEIN, so we can match your past H-2B filings with DOL

Our platform

Every job order and every worker, tracked in one place

We're building the tools that keep a seasonal program on schedule. Here's what partners get.

Worker-by-worker status

Each candidate moves through the same steps, from screening to interview, visa, travel and arrival, so you always know where your crew stands.

DOL case tracking

We follow your H-2B filings in the Department of Labor's public records, so case numbers, dates and wages stay in sync with what DOL certified.

Candidate accounts Coming 2027

Workers get their own account showing the next step in their process, which means fewer missed documents and fewer surprises on start day.

Verified job listings Coming 2027

Your openings appear on our recruitment site only after your agreement is signed and the job details are verified and approved by our legal review.
